Success in communication
What helps us to achieve success in life? It’s guaranteed
by interpersonal communication, not only gained knowledge and intelligence. We
are social beings, we cannot live without other people. We cannot exist without
constantly communication! If you want to grow and have a satisfactory job, then
you need to know how to get along with other people. If you want to travel
around the world it’s good to know how to communicate in different languages,
it will help get to places because we are able to ask people in their native language
and get to know their culture. Good communication is one of the most important
skills in life. And thus, even in business. Communication in business is most
evident in the sales process. When it comes to customer trader uses all sorts
of arguments to persuade him to purchase the product, for which they work. In
the case of faulty communication there is no way to persuade other people.
Success and survival in business depends on whether you will
be able to establish a good relationship with other employees and customers.
Interpersonal skills are very useful in any job, because everywhere, you have
contact with others and you have to know how to get along. Good relationships
with co-workers is a guarantee of your professional effectiveness. We always
work between people. Therefore, only the communication skills together will
help to achieve this objective.
Ability to communicate helps to create the best atmosphere in the workplace. Carrying out the duties is not everything. At the workplace also counts courtesy, kindness and positive relationships through verbal and non-verbal speech, or gestures. In a pleasant environment, where we have to trust each other and we are a good team work is a lot more enjoyable and certainly more effective. Remember that we do not do everything alone, and many activities require teamwork. It does not matter what’s your role in the group, you always have to know how to manage others, assign responsibilities or ask for help.
Cultural differences in behaviour
Cross-cultural differences manifest themselves in religion,
in the workplace hierarchy, in the relationship between work and private life,
in behavior and in gender; the roles of women and men
Different cultures, for example, absorb different mood.
American companies like to start presentation with a joke. The Japanese, in
turn, treat humor as a necessary evil. They don’t treat laughter as a proper behaviour.
However serious German managers prefer when you tell them the truth,
"bluntly".
All cultures are different. In business communication with people from other countries we should take into account the cultural context. All over the world there are certain standards of behavior observed. Depending on the country contacts differ in certain "special" behavior.

The observance of behavior of people from other cultures is more important for success in communication than other universal behavior. Often the success depends on the details.
They may be gestures - neutral in their own culture, but used during important negotiations with the representative of another culture, can greatly err on the outcome of the talks. Also ignorance of the culture of the country in which you want to do business can at best only be a source of surprises.

Communication and globalization
In the era of globalization, distant markets opening up to
the rest of the world, the growing economic power of China and India should
devote your time to explore the differences arising from belonging to distinct
cultures. A greater understanding of the other person will have a positive
impact on the degree of relationship. It can also be the cause of a long-standing friendship. And if that is not sufficient, it
must be remembered that it is simply interesting!
Today's MLM Company in the vast majority of global firms having their offices on all continents. It brings great opportunities to build business internationally. Many network marketing leaders even underlines the importance of English or Russian. Unfortunately, the language itself is not a sufficient tool for building international business and propitiation of partners around the world. To understand how Asian, Japanese, Russian or people from other countries see the world we need some of their cultural background. To get it we need to communicate.
Why intercultural communication is important?
We need to know how to communicate to socialize in this
world. Knowing many languages helps open to the world. If there is no
communication there is no connection, we need to communicate to live, to think
and to learn.
The limits of my language mean the limits of my world-
